After teasing us with the iconic image above and with snippets of the new track, these three powerhouses of metal have finally released their collaborative track 'end of you'. The track will be a walk through childhood into modern metal for some listeners, as Amy Lee kicks off the track with her undeniable, enigmatic vocals, reminiscent of the 2003 release "bring me to life". After growing up on Evanescence I descended into the world of Youtube where I first found poppy around 2015. Poppy is the next vocalist to arrive on the track in verse 2 and her vocals are so clean and clearly articulated. Her harmony with Amy Lee at the end of the verse will have the hairs on your body standing up straight. Rounding out the track we're introduced to Courtney LaPlante who vocally roundhouse kicks her way in. The harmonies on this track will give you goosebumps. The screams, the cleans and the overall collaborative genius will have you hooked.

The music video is just as iconic as the trio with numerous sets featuring a crystal-covered castle, an emerald hallway and an abandoned cinema. In LaPlante's scene the floor is a chess board, just as it was in her collaboration with babymetal for 'my queen', clearly indicating that she's making all the right moves in the industry.

Reviews for the song have already been overwhelmingly positive. Youtuber Soul for heaven said "what's to say about this? This is crazy, unbelievable"; metalbirb titled his video 'the most important metal collab' and said that this collaboration was the "collab of the century"; kthescreamerofficial said "that voice is like my childhood; I'm just in awe".

the IDEA FOR THE TRACK IS REPORTED TO HAVE come from both the minds of Poppy and Jordan Fish (former member of bring me the horizon). Fish is listed as a writer and producer on the track. In an interview with NME Poppy said "It was mine and Jordan’s idea to start with, and then we thought, ‘What if we made our version of a dark Moulin Rouge, like ‘Lady Marmalade’?”
If you haven't checked out the track yet, check it out with the music video right here. I hope this is just the beginning for the trio and that we hear more collaborations from them in the future, but for now, you can find me blasting 'end of you' on repeat.
