four piece metalcore band Ocean sleeper formed in 2016 in gippsland, victoria. blending alternative rock and metalcore with pop
influences, they have been pushing boundaries with their crushing breakdowns, massive choruses driven by emotionally charged lyrics.
ocean sleeper debuted onto the music scene with their single "breaking free" in 2016. they have since released three EPs "Six Feet Down" (2017), "Is it better feeling nothing" (2022) and "maybe death is all I need" (2024) with one full length album "Don't Leave Me This Way" (2019).
Ocean Sleeper have performed sold out shows as part of their 'maybe death is feeling nothing' Australian tour in May/June 2025, as well as featuring on lineups such as
heart-town festival in
2022, uncaged festival, Brisbane in may 2022, am // pm emo night and good things 2023.
Ocean sleeper have previously toured with power houses the likes of in hearts wake, Killswitch engaged, dream on dreamer, the getaway plan, atreyu, while she sleeps, sticks to your guns and fit for an autopsy.
ocean sleeper will be touring north america for the first time this August, with a whopping 22 shows in 30 days.
