Deadshowws are keeping emo alive and well with their latest 'gut punch' of a single, I Should.

Straight out of Darkinjung/Central Coast, this four piece delivers a haunting, high energy track that feels like a love letter to THE ELDER EMOS while still packing a modern bite.

The song kicks off with eerie radio interference before launching into a storm of emo styled riffs and killer drums. It’s raw, urgent, and instantly gripping... exactly the kind of track that makes you want to throw yourself into a pit. (A MOSH PIT... DUH!)

The vocal performance is equally unfiltered, balancing tortured melodies with A SMALL moment of sharp, chilling screams that send shivers down your spine And when that breakdown hits? It’s pure catharsis.

Lyrically, I Should dives deep into the emotional trenches of self destruction and isolation. The line "I’m too numb to feel the pain, so leave me beating" hits like a punch to the gut, perfectly capturing the song’s themes of internal struggle and unresolved hurt.

It’s the kind of track you scream at the top of your lungs. not just because it rips, but because it means something.

Deadshowws are quickly proving they’re a band to watch, and 'I Should' is just more proof of their rising status in Australia’s alternative scene.

They’re about to hit the road for a NSW tour, so if you’re craving a show that’ll let you scream your heart out (in the healthiest way possible), don’t miss them live. You’ll catch me at Newcastle!

let’s get those emotions out the right way… through heavy music.
