after a year of traveling between australia, europe, the uk and north America,
Sydney based metalcore outfit bloom, are set for their 2026 Australian album tour.
after the successful release of their debut album "maybe in another life" in 2024, bloom have skyrocketed through the music scene from Australia across the globe. amongst the many tours, the sydney five piece have been quietly working on the upcoming, very anticipated album "the light we chase."
set for release on October 31st via pure noise records, the light we chase is described as "a multi-faceted and matured collection of songs that finds the band extending their creative reach beyond internal and external expectations."
we have previously been gifted the single releases of "withered" , "tongue tied" ft. mikaila delgado, and "out of reach" prior to album release, giving us a taste of what's to come.
"steeped in light and shade equally, amongst stadium-ready anthems, hazy moments that straddles shoegaze, grunge and dreampop, bone-rattling heaviness and lashings of authentic emotion."
kicking off the tour that starts in Brisbane, bloom will be supported by Seattle five piece avoid who have also carved out a reputation for their live performances and high energy, erratic and high-octane sound.
