NEW FOUND GLORY - single release

back in 1997 coral springs, Florida, a punk quartet emerged and carved their name in the scenes across the globe as "new found glory"

coming close to 30 years later, they still have a lot to say.

we proudly present to you the third single release from their upcoming album "listen up!" set to be released February 20th.

"treat yourself" is the latest single release from this album, after previous singles "laugh it off" and "100%"

treat yourself is described as a fast, west coast style punk song about being kinder to yourself in the face of hard times and recognising when it is time to slow down & give yourself a break.

guitarist chad gilbert shares: "people seem to forget about the hard times they already have been through and conquered in their past, which should be a reminder that they are capable of gettin through tough times.

a reminder that we are our own worst enemies at times and we have to give ourselves a break. we gotta treat our own selves better."
