one of sydney's finest post-hardocre bands closure are returning with their new single "unravel", following on from their previous release in april, "empty hands."

"unravel" explores personal growth whilst living surrounded by negativity and stagnation. this track is written about the people unwilling to break toxic & self destructive cycles or embrace change for the better.

most of us have learned the hard way how it can feel when trying to make self improvements, break patterns and maintain an optimistic mindset while others in your life aren't ready for this change. it's raw, challenging and shows incredible resilience in the face of toxicity.

closure have put this unique frustration into an intimate & explosive track, unveiling some personal insight and experience from the band.

speaking on the release, vocalist lucy may describes unravel as "a reflection of her own personal growth and a shifting of perspective".

this single is one sure to fill a room with movement and definitely make you stop to ask, "am i the best version of myself?" it's okay to feel stuck sometimes and it's songs like this that make you want to commit to self reflection regularly.

unravel is out now on all streaming platforms!
